I completed my B.S. and M.S. degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2019. I worked in public schools and clinics before starting my own specialty private practice in 2022. I started Fennik’s Lit Kits, a monthly literary subscription box for children with speech/language delays in 2025.

I have a special interest in the evaluation and treatment of speech sound disorders, including Childhood Apraxia of Speech. I am trained in DTTC and REST therapies for Apraxia, myofunctional therapy and literacy-based speech disorders. I’ve attended courses from top speech therapists in the field (Edythe Strand, Rebecca Reinking, Mary Billings) as a commitment to providing the highest level of services to my community. Every treatment plan uses research-backed methodologies; I readily explain what I’m doing and why.

In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano, playing board games, and exploring the outdoors with my husband.

Speech Language Pathologist- Assistant

I received my B.S. in Communication Sciences Disorders and a minor in Special Education. I am a certified special and general education teacher as well as a licensed SLP- Assistant. In my teaching career, I taught children across various ages and levels, including those with speech and language disorders. I joined the team at Cypress Speech Therapy in 2024.

As an SLP-A, I carry out the treatment plan designed by the SLP and treat receptive/expressive language delays and speech sound disorders. I’m trained in over 7 different treatment methods for treating toddlers, pre-k and school-age children. Frequent communication, collaboration and mentorship between SLP and SLP-A is provided to ensure that every client’s needs are met. Under Grace’s tutelage, I’m continually expanding my experience and expertise.

My husband and I live in Leander with our 3 year old son. In our free time, we love to spend time outside, go on playdates, and bake.
